Contract Of Service
We must receive payment in whole for the price of the services mentioned in the legally binding contract between you and DigitalBMS before any services are provided. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm the renewal of your monthly contract with an invoice sent to the e-mail address you provide in your account. We have the right to deny service to any person or business if we decide that they are not the right fit for our company. Unless if stated in a legal binding contract, DigitalBMS is not obligated to provide any services to any businesses or individuals based on activities such as but not limited to account sign up, client on boarding form and free consultation request form. DigitalBMS will only provide services to clients after a legal contract has been signed between both parties to perform services agreed upon from within the contract.
Right To Cancel Service
As the services provided is based on a contract renewed at the end of every month, you have the right to cancel without any reason provided. You will not be eligible for a refund for the current month and we will continue to provide the services till the end of the terms mentioned in the contract unless both parties agree to terminate the services immediately. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations By Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any given time if we decide that your business venture is not the right fit for our company. In the event of cancellation, we will continue to provide service till the end of contract terms unless otherwise noted and agreed upon between both parties. DigitalBMS does not have to provide a reason for terminating contracts.
Free Consultation & Other Available Online Tools
The submission of any request or form to claim free consultations or client on boarding forms in accounts is not treated as a contract or confirmation for service and only a complimentary service provided. We reserve the right to review applications received after submission and decide if the business is the right fit for our company culture. If approved for the free consultation, a member of our staff will contact you with further details.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by e-mail to our contact address at Contact@digitalbms.com.
DigitalBMS web technology is hosted on a secure server using SSL technology (secure sockets layer) to ensure that all credit or debit card transactions are completely secure. When you use our website, the secure server will encrypt all of the personal information you send us, including credit or debit card number, name and address. Encryption turns the information you enter into complex code, which is then securely transmitted. We take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information, order and payment details secure. However, we cannot be held liable if an event beyond our control results in loss to you.
